Mr. Lee Lin-Chiu, an acclaimed Taiwanese ballad lyricist well-known for his songs, including "Bāng Chhun-hong" (i.e. "望春風", literally meaning "Longing for the Spring Breeze") and "Red in the four seasons" (i.e. "四季紅"), is an important figure in the history of Taiwanese popular folksongs; his work is highly regarded as an intangible Taiwanese cultural heritage.
